Sounds interesting-I have just signed up for my free box as it sounds a lot healthier than a tube of pringles lol!!
As for my pre-match routine; I eat a high carb meal the night before a game and try to get an early night. for breakfast I go for muesli, fruit juice and porridge to give me a decent base for the day ahead. I don't tend to eat a "Real" meal for lunchpreferrring instead to graze on nuts and dried fruit. Pre match I munch jelly babies and for fluid I turn to Taut energy dinks. for those who are unaware of these dinks they are the first "clean" drink without any artificial ingredients just fruit juices, sugar and electrolytes.
After the game I drink a Goodness Shake recovery drink and cashew nuts to give me a protein hit before retiring home to end my healthy regime with a curry and a beer!!!
